At least two people have broken into your house and are moving your way.
With your heart pumping, you reach down beside your bed and pick up your shotgun.
You rack a shell into the chamber, then inch toward the door and open it…
In the darkness, you make out two shadows. One holds something that looks like a crowbar.

I had finished my two minutes in front of a  city council.  I had encouraged them to make a dispassionate decision.  To ignore emotion. I asked them to make sure they questioned all the statements being made and to weigh them against known facts.  I asked them to use common sense in making their decision.  I provided each of them with documentation they could easily verify what I was talking about.

The San Jose police have finally started to get tough on gun crime. They have started referring criminals who commit gun crimes to the Federal court for prosecution. The Federal gun laws have a lot tougher sentences than local and California State courts hand out.

It may not be the firearm or the sights. Many things can contribute to inaccurate and inconsistent shots such as stance, arm position and posture. More often, it’s attributable to what happened during the moment you pull the trigger.
