Oppose AB 2948by member Fred H.To: Assemblymember.lieber@assembly.ca.gov Dear Assembly Member Lieber, Please oppose AB 2948. The bill eliminates the sale of firearms and ammunition at the Cow Palace. The Cow Palace has been in use for many years as host to many gun shows and not one illegal transfer has been documented. Also, I have never seen any weapon at this show that is illegal to possess in California. Any crime in the immediate vicinity of the Cow Palace is not at all related to the presence of a gun show every few months. I thank you for your consideration, Fred Hoot Sunnyvale, CA |
