Oppose AB 2235

Dear Assembly Public Safety Committee,

 I urge you to oppose AB 2235.

 “Smart” gun technology using either biometrics or a token is the equivalent of taking a computer, shrinking it and then putting it inside a gun with additional electro-mechanical parts.

 As these additional parts would be prone to failure, I would not want to jeopardize my life in a self-defense situation on such unproven technology.
